These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cordio Health ("Cordio", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility

- You will use the Service only for lawful purposes
- All information you provide to Cordio is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge
3. Medical Disclaimer — Please Read Carefully
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Cordio's risk scores are estimates based on statistical population models and may not accurately reflect your individual health status
- The Framingham Heart Study 2008 model used by Cordio is validated for individuals aged 30–74. Results for users outside this age range are estimates only
- Cordio's calculations are based on data you provide. Inaccurate input data will produce inaccurate results
- A low risk score does not mean you will not experience a cardiovascular event. A high risk score does not mean you will
- Cordio's output should never be used as the sole basis for medical decisions
- You must consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your health, medication, diet, or exercise routine based on Cordio's output
- If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately — do not rely on Cordio
Cordio is not a substitute for professional medical care. The Service does not establish a doctor-patient relationship between you and Cordio or any of its personnel.
